Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 September 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of services provided by AURIEUS & PARTNERS ("AURIEUS", "we", "us" or "our").

By using AURIEUS or connecting a business account to our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

AURIEUS provides review-management and online reputation-management tools. Features may include review monitoring, AI-assisted response generation, automated review routing, response approval workflows, escalation tools and integrations with third-party platforms. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Account authority

You must only connect accounts, business profiles and locations that you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to AURIEUS is accurate and that you have the necessary authority and permissions to allow AURIEUS to access and process information associated with connected accounts.

3. Google and third-party services

Certain AURIEUS features depend on third-party platforms, including Google Business Profile. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies. AURIEUS does not control the availability, operation or policies of third-party services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to features that depend on them.

4. AI-generated content

AURIEUS may use artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses, classify reviews or determine how reviews should be routed.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or inappropriate suggestions and should not be treated as professional advice.

Where human approval is enabled or required, the client remains responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.

Where a client enables an automated response feature, the client authorises AURIEUS to process and, where supported, publish responses according to the client's selected configuration and rules.

5. Client responsibilities

You must not use AURIEUS to:

  • Access a business account without permission.
  • Publish unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content.
  • Manipulate or fabricate customer reviews.
  • Violate the rules of Google or another connected platform.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of AURIEUS.
  • Use the service for an unlawful purpose.

6. Subscriptions, trials and fees

AURIEUS may offer free trials, pilot programs or paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing frequency and included features will be communicated before a paid service begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, clients may cancel an ongoing subscription before their next billing period to prevent future recurring charges.

Fees already incurred or paid are not refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or otherwise agreed by AURIEUS.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that AURIEUS or third-party integrations will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available. Maintenance, technical failures, API changes, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect the service.

8. Intellectual property

AURIEUS retains ownership of its software, branding, designs, systems and other intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their business information and content they provide to AURIEUS, subject to any rights belonging to third parties. You grant AURIEUS the limited rights necessary to process that information for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AURIEUS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the service, AI-generated content, third-party platform changes, outages or actions taken by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Suspension and termination

AURIEUS may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risks, non-payment, violation of these Terms or unlawful activity. Clients may stop using the service and request disconnection of their business account.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as AURIEUS and its services develop. Updated Terms will be made available through our website or service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia.
