How we use information
We may use information to provide, maintain and improve AURIEUS services, connect and manage authorised business accounts, retrieve and manage reviews, generate suggested responses using artificial intelligence, route reviews for automated processing, approval or escalation, provide support, communicate with clients, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
Google Business Profile
When a client chooses to connect a Google account, AURIEUS may access information made available through authorised Google APIs for the purpose of providing the review-management service.
Access is limited to permissions authorised by the account holder. Clients may disconnect their Google account or withdraw access.
Artificial intelligence
AURIEUS may use third-party artificial intelligence services to assist with generating suggested responses and classifying or routing reviews. Review content and relevant business preferences may be processed by these services where necessary to provide these features.
Automated outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate. Depending on the review and the client's configuration, responses may be automatically processed, require approval, or be escalated for human review.

These may include providers for cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, artificial intelligence, email delivery and Google Business Profile integrations. Information may be processed by these providers only to the extent necessary to provide and operate the relevant service.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet legitimate business requirements and comply with applicable legal obligations. Information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably required.
Access, correction and deletion
You may contact us if you wish to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate retention requirements.
